At Alfred’s Grill my food is all about the freshness and quality of the produce. We only source the best products. We do this as locally as possible where we have built lasting relationships with our suppliers. We know with confidence our vegetables are locally sourced; our farmers rear their beef and lamb on wet wild Welsh grass and our fishmongers bring us the catch of the day so my signature dishes reflect this.

My Portuguese flare and experimentation with ingredients are measured against my classical French training where I am always searching for the next big taste. So when these ingredients and passion are brought together, I believe as I hope you will too is what makes food exciting, adventurous and satisfying.
